ENGLISH STYLE GARDEN

The brief for this job was to evoke a romantic English-style landscape, for clients who had spent some time living in Britain, and who had a keen appreciation of plants. Subtle combinations of textures and flower colours were important.

Another special request was to design a playhouse which fitted the mood of the garden - hence the charming little half-timbered construction, complete with 'magical path'.

A simple maintenance regime has ensured that this garden has continued to develop as planned, and looks better and better as the years pass.
