Design Process
An initial consultation may be arranged by contacting Gardenscape Design via this website, or on any of the phone numbers listed.
Subsequent to this initial on-site discussion, a written quotation is provided for all aspects of design work required.
Generally design work is quoted under several headings as follows:
Design Stage
- All consultations to establish a brief
- Scaled concept sketches as required to develop a design
- Final concept design plan with elevations as require to explain design
- Cost estimate for implementation of the final agreed design
Documentation State
- All working drawings as required for implementation.
- Detailed planting plan.
- Plant schedule.
- Specifications for implementation
Supervision and Site Visits during Implementation
- This is generally charged at an hourly rate, depending upon location, although on larger jobs a percentage rate may be preferred.
All aspects of implementation can be organised by Gardenscape Design. Sandra has a team of preferred contractors whose high standard of work and professionalism is guaranteed.
Occasionally a client may require advice on how to proceed with changes to limited parts of a garden, or perhaps some horticultural advice. Such needs may be best catered for by consultations on an hourly basis.
